No one is selling these for 18 on outpost, it's quite easy to buy some for around 15

Actually I think proof is quite new, in unusual trading it takes time to sell this until you find that willing buyer, this aint normal stuff that when unsold for a week ,days you need to decrease price.
Gotta account for that unusual overpay offer of the shako. I sold mine when I got them (unbox and spycrab) for 13 relatively fast.
well I gotta admit that even though that proof is week and less it is quite easy considering this is cancer + cancer effect i'll stay neutral for now
