There aren't a ton on outpost and the only one other than my trade buying them is a guy selling for a ref. (lol n00b). Over the past couple weeks I have been buying these from anywhere between a weapon to a scrap.

all of these buys were from buyer trades. I haven't bought one off of my trade yet and if you look at when my trade was posted it was just last night. My purchases of these are from at least a couple days back.

1.5 weapons is not 1 scrap and a weapon.

I payed a scrap and a weapon for 2. I guess you just didn't look the proof over very well.
