1. This hat is extremely rare; they rarely hit the market, and there is only one on outpost currently.

2. A Green energy billy is somehow priced higher than purple energy in backpack.tf unusual prices

3. Purple energy is a higher tier effect than green energy

With your 4 reason why it should be updated, when buds dropped, it messed up the pricing of unusuals, because unusuals are stored in USD. I'm not really sure what the range was originally, but it was at least 2 buds, I know that for sure. Besides that, proof looks good.
