All i have to say is that the bills i have was bought with a 20 key item. I suggest it to stay flat 8 keys. It's hard to find old promo hats like this. It's not like they'll put another promo giving bills again. TBH lotta people think this should go lower. A lot of people tried to make the price higher for this hat, but the highest percentage of votes supporting bill's price raise is 30%.

Just Because i have a bills doesn't mean i want to sell it to earn. I don't even like this hat. I rather sell it for a lotta nice looking hats or a double cross comm and some stuff. There is not much proof on this suggestion but a lot of people are looking for bill's every time i enter a trading server like ghs, starhub or One Asia Gamer. There's not much difference anyways so why vote it down?
