Yes but just because they are selling for that price does not mean it should be that price. Many people have to be willing to buy for their prices and that's what determines the value. You should also use Outpost and sometimes even Bazaar and Trading Post for proof. You have the basics of price suggesting, but you need to dig a little deeper.
