A Burning HWNN recently sold for a Clean Scorching Brigade (9 Buds, sold for a burning Brigade When they added 5 Buds 16 Keys http://i.imgur.com/kM0XUgB.jpg ), a Clean Sunbeams Nappers (8 Buds, has sold for 4 buds + Burning Bombing Run ( http://i.imgur.com/MkmA2w8.jpg ) which also sold for 4 pure Recently, http://i.imgur.com/xkunOpP.jpg ) and 10 Buds Pure.
UPDATED INFO: Another sale of this hat was Burning HWNN + 10 earbuds for a Cloudy Moon Team Captain [gifted] (Backpack.tf price at 67.8 Buds, 1/3 off because it's gifted still prices the hat at over 45; valuing the HWNN at a little over 35 buds in this deal) recently.

This is a REMAKE of my previous suggestion, which had a wider range. Since I was supplied with more/better info, I am remaking it, now with a tighter range and slightly lower price.

he did provide proof that beams napper was 8 with the sell of burning bombing run+4 pure and your suggestion even had an 8 pure sell so it might not be a outlier
