The Harvest Moon Big Chief is worth ~4.7 after overpay and the Secret Lid is worth ~6 buds after overpay, making that 10.7 after overpay and the Secret Soft Cap is ~11.8 after overpay. Downvote.

I took the average value on backpack.tf and multiplied it by .9, which is what your supposed to do for unusual overpay.

I got an offer of 15-17 in unusuals on the soft cap

The dude came to me, so I don't know why you are putting overpay on my side.

Edit: a known sell of a ge + pe phantom + 2 buds (14+)

The ge phantom is ~4.6 and the pe phantom is ~5, making the sale at about 11.6, not 14+.
