You didn't calculate the unusual overpay.
2) You can get proof of previous owners sales
3)Same above, you can get the price he has buy it.
Conclusion: Not enough proof for me.
No sale, no price update
Backpack prices the offer at 2.2 - 2.3, if you take middle by this site it says 2.3 so that means a ~2.1 offer was REJECTED, and since it's 1 of 1 it means 1.4 - 1.8 is very invalid because a higher offer was rejected, and it was 1 day ago, which is VERY recent
I do agree he should wait to a sale but right now when it's 1/1 and there's a ~2.1 offer rejected, 2 - 2.2 seems fine, it should be re-suggested after sale or higher offers
