Yeah, while this does need an increase, sales are way more solid proof. Check the item history of the two ones on the market right now and see if you can track down some sales.

If the price of the hat , below the latest offers, we can say that the price of a hat grew and the latest offers can be used as a price range. But it is better to search selling hats(sold / bought price).
