Yeah I saw that. Can't believe it accepted at that range.

4 ref could be an outlier. 2.66-3 ref sounds better imo.

As I said, this range can be refined later. 3 ref sells fairly quickly though.

Why is the range so much?

This is a new item, so sales can happen at any price. I feel like 2.66-3 ref sells really quickly and 4 ref sells much slower but still happens. This can be refined later.

Nice proofs you got there but the range... I think I'll stay neutral for now.

This range is fine as a starting point. Doesn't matter that his range suggestion is wide, that's where the sales are. The range will tighten as more sales happen to give us a clearer picture of what the items actual value is.
