The Gentlemen's Ushanka is very nice hat, specifically on a Medic Matches very well with a lot of the other Medic miscs. More so, having a circling hearts effect on a Medic item should already be a sign that it is a valuable hat. Despite the demand of the item not being so high, it is still a great hat with a great effect. The slight price increase would make a lot of sense.
Then why aren't Massed Flies Sniper hats 7 buds apiece? And why aren't orbiting fire pyro hats 10 buds?
Massed Flies sniper hats are actually worth a lot. Anger is 13.7-15.4 buds. Your Worst Nightmare is 9.9 buds. But, you do have a point with the Orbiting fire thing.
No on cares about your opinion. Unusuals prices are based on actual sales.

Despite it being very old and at the time only 1 on the market, it's the only trade proof I have. Being 11 minimum at the time and now 6.6 minimum is a bit of a drastic change, and in order to make sense of the current outdated price, it should be restored a little.

I really hate it whenever people who are trying to raise BP price start out their suggestion with, "is a very nice" statement when its opinion based. Personally, I don't even like the Ushanka so what makes it so great? Please provide some proof next time you make a suggestion.
Also just because YOU unboxed one doesn't mean WE would buy it for 8.5 buds Tops.
I didn't unbox it, I bought it. And I understand your annoyance with "is a very nice" statement, it's just very difficult to express what and how this hat should be slightly more expensive. I'll be more convincing with my argument next time I make a suggestion.
It's not difficult to prove a hat should change values when there's proof.

It's a rare hat, it's a nice hat, and there's only one the market. It'd say it's a pretty fair price, and OP's out trade for it is cheaper then the listed price, so yup.
Only one on sale? Prove it.

Honestly, that sounds extremely alt-ish, considering you have zero votes and suggestions.
I wouldn't create an alt that was created in 2010 to get upvotes for an item suggestion that I might make 3 years later.

It is PROBABLY the only one on sale based on a quick search on Outpost, and based on the fact that the old bp.tf price is outdated (wouldn't someone update the price if he saw it on sale?)
The "actual price' is arbitrary and it's dictated by the worth and rarity of the hat. In most people eyes (I can't prove this obviously, but I think the prices put it on the higher end of medic hats) I'd say it deserves to be up there.
