Ok lets be honest, has anyone seen an unpainted bills go for 8 keys pure lately? Or even more rare, a white/black one go for 10?! Im too lazy to link proof but go to outpost, type it up in the search and see for yourself! Its all: Buying bills got 7 keys, buying bills for 7 keys 2 ref. Blah blah.

This will never pass. A suggestion with proof, and the suggested value was 7.75 keys was denied. You have no proof, and your suggested price is lower then his. And if your too lazy to find proof, then don't make a suggestion.

Another thing, on your last sentence, you say "Buying bills got 7 keys, buying bills for 7 keys 2 ref." You say people pay 7 keys 2 ref for them, why make it 7 keys flat?

I know this isn't really valid proof, but scrap.tf buys unpainted bills hats for 7 keys and 2.66 refined each.

You are the one who suggesting the price,

so you must provide proofs.

If you are too lazy to post proof, perhaps we are all too lazy to look it up and the mods too lazy to accept your suggestion. Get proof and repost if you think this is right

Logic isn't enough here. You can definitely include it in your suggestion as a way to strengthen your opinion, but for the facts, you need to include proof of these being sold for 7 keys.
