Not if it is a super 20+ bud unusual those take months to sell. And is rare so old trades cna be used. I used 11 month - 1 year trades as proof before and it was vlaid since it was the most recent of sales and months are recent sells for this hat
And still elmer had a 30 bud b/o which closed 1 month ago!
Quicksold my PE TC for 24 today. Took two days of advertising, and being banned on tf2outpost really hindered me. So no, it doesn't always take months to sell an expensive hat. Stop mentioning Fudd's 30 bud b/o, you realise he already attained that buyout more then once, and got offers above it, right?
Why should 28 be in the range? That makes absolutely no sense. EFF took the trade down after receiving two offers of 30 pure including mine, but decided he'd rather keep it. It's been 2 months since then, and I've been upping my offer and pestering him to sell it non stop. He finally decided that it would be in a good home in my backpack and that I really do want it and sold it to me. But as for what the range should be, I don't believe 28 should be in it at all, in fact the range should be 30-38, since vazty paid his ghost exec + 11 pure. But vazty's KE will likely NEVER be on the market again, he ignores any adds.

Bet they're waiting for a 3rd one to sell... which will never happen since basically they're all in backpacks of people who want to hold onto them.

Ah, so what does that mean though? buyout of 30 sold for 35, can't really have a range of 30-35 cause of a buyout?
Buyer is fully aware he overpaid, imo price should not be set based on this trade.

These things are nightmares to try and find and buy one. EFF has turned down at least 3-4 offers of 30 (one of which was also me), he told me an offer of 32 pure was a private add offer that he also turned down.
That offer of 32 was mine, made a couple of days after I found out EFF was deciding to keep it. Ask him to confirm if you want.
Also need to mention that mahreen also owns a KE and he declined my offer of 32 pure 2 months ago when I had 32 pure, and got offended and blocked me on steam when I said I wouldn't pay more when he asked me to. He's the original unboxer, and he's been getting adds about the KE for the past 9 or 10 months since he's unboxed it. He's also never put it up on tf2outpost, so its highly likely he wont sell it. So that just leaves the the last two actual trades of the hat which you cannot disupte. I paid 35, vazty paid 38 mixed (ghost exec = 30, 30*.9=27+11 pure) and I paid 35. I suggested pixel put 35 as a flat range since like I said vazty isn't going to be putting his on the market, and neither is mahreen since his isn't ever for sale.
Oh and one more thing that I should mention, if another one actually does trade for less then this range, I'll gladly accept it and adjust it accordingly. Until then, it really remains to be seen, its likely that these KE's will be staying in their respective backpacks forever. The only event another one will trade is if a new one is unboxed. Also, you're more then welcome to actually add Mahreen, EFF, or Vazty yourself to confirm. But good luck getting ahold of mahreen and vazty since they deny all adds.
And if this suggestion gets closed, or not accepted, I'm actually okay with that. I've been caring less and less what bp.tf says my backpack's value for a while now, since I've been more involved in trading on actual unusual trade servers. This suggestion will stay here for people to see, even if it does close, so yeah, whatever.
