Offers in range:
Low end- Burning fukaamigasa (8.8)*.9 for overpay-7.9
Phosphorous ye oiled baker boy + lantern private eye offered on an older trade at http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11853507 and although unpriced, received offers of around 5.5 on his trade at http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11677304 + the priv eye at 4 buds which is 9.5 total*.9 is 8.6.
Time warp hat of cards (now priced at 8.6)+eerie honchos (3.5)+7 keys in items (.3) which totals at 12.4*.9=11.1 rounding down giving me my high end
Reasons why I didn't do 8.6-11.1:
The ye oiled is unpriced so its not definite and the majority of my offers were around 8-8.5 so I don't have enough just yet to bump up the low end
From overpay, this is what I got.
Burning Fuka - 7.7 Buds.
Time Warp Hat of Cards - 8.6.
Eerie Honcho's - 3.2.
Even though your overpays would raise my hat's value and be beneficial to me (and make the range even bigger to 7.7-11.8), I didn't take overpay as bottom of range, I took middle of range and multiplied it by .9 to make it a little more accurate imo and since I've seen it done this way on many other unusual suggestions
I prefer using mid-range x .9, but it does make sense to not count a hat lower than its bottom value. Since overpay is already calculated into the pricing of the other hat you can usually assume that the hat can sell at least for that much. The problem comes when you consider the time it takes to sell at a non-quicksell price.
Meh, just something I worry about when pricing.

You could just wait for it to sell before pricing it. No reason at all to price something that has never sold.
The reason that I am pricing is that I may never sell it since it is one of my dream spy hats/misc. :P
Did you unbox it or buy it? Are there more than one out there just not on the market? I would look for these things but I'm on my phone.
I'm on my phone too and made this suggestion on my phone too :). Anyways, to answer your questions mine is 1 of 2 only one on the market and I bought it from Design By Zozo for a sulphurous head warmer which he in turn traded for a scorching bolted Bicorne which is priced around 11.5 atm I believe

Of course I don't think it should be at 3.5-5.4 either though. Still, I say wait for it to sell or wait for one of the other 2 out there to sell if they haven't already. You may not ever sell yours, but there are still two other people out there with one who may sell there's and that would make for a much more accurate price rather than just offers. Just my two cents though, not going to downvote you because with the current proof, this is right, I just prefer waiting for a sale.
Yeah I completely disagree wih that suggestion as shown by my old trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11480163 and the guy who I sold it to who traded for scorching Bicorne , I should correct that later
Also, if future sales occur the price can always be adjusted.
Also just to clear things up I was referring to the bicorne being priced at 11.5, not the head warmer, although I should have provided counter proof on that suggestion, I just didn't see it.
Yeah, I gotcha. But in order for the Head Warmer to sell for 11.5, it's value should be close to 11.5 is all :P
