The level 85 one is clean, level 29 one is duped (of course you know this, just stating it to others).
If all three items were clean, it'd be 3.4 buds with overpay. However, I'm not sure about how much it's right now. Do take a screenshot of your inventory history, we really want to see it for the sweets. Right now it looks like the suggested range is correct.
Dupes dont matter i dont check cause im not a moron who doesnt know how to sell unusuals. Dupes literally never affect selling price.
Just the unusuals alone its 3.7 buds (with overpay) I dont know where you got 3.4 buds and ill screenshot later.
It depends on the way you calculate it. A good way to do it (and probably the most common one) is: middle range of the unusual multiplied by 0.9.
2x Nuts Bonk Boy's: 1.6*0.9=1.44 (around 2.8 buds)
Nuts Fed Fedora: 16 keys*0.9=14.4 (around 0.6 buds)
Total: 3.4 buds
Like I said, it depends on the way you calculate it. Either way, it could still fit within the suggested range.
