Yes, strange range. Just read the proof.

As of today, there is 4 on outpost.

    in all seriousness, looked through the proof. Looks like the user "therre" from trades 2 and 3 ended up settling for 1.33 ref to this guy through this trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11951950 who is selling for 1.33. you can see from the history it came from that trade. So staying neutral.
