Almost everyone selling for 8 keys and to be honest I think it's a bit pointless having the 7.75 bit as no one uses it. We need to get it back up to 8 keys.

As we can see from these link all sellers are selling or have sold for 8 keys and no one is using the lower range of 7.75 keys. Therefore the price just go back to 8 again where it belongs. Also it isnt only outpost sellers for 8 keys many sellers are selling for 8 keys in the recent classified listings for bills hats here : http://backpack.tf/stats/126/6/0
Thank you for reading. I hope you can understand why I voted this price.
selling =/= sold, even my trade is there.
Trying to sell does not mean sold, plus that is not nearly enough proof for the amount of Bills on outpost.
"We need to get it back up to 8 keys."
No we don't.
