I was the owner of this trade and sold the hat.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11929535
Offers I received:
- SOLD for Sunbeams Tossle and Blizzardy Bonk Boy (11.3 - 12.4 buds)
- Sunbeams Towering Pillar + 10 keys (8.6 - 9.4 buds)
- Burning Brigade if I add black max's and buds (puts Tyrantium at 10.3 - 12 buds)
- Scorching Hermes + 5 buds (10.3 - 11.2 buds)
- 9 buds pure
I don't see this hat fetching for more than its sunbeams counterpart especially with unusual overpay taken into account.
Why 8.4 - 9.4?
You declined:
9 PURE
Scorching Hermes (~5.1 after overpay) + 5 pure which makes it ~10 when half is pure
You sold it for Sunbeams Tossle (~8 after overpay) + Blizzard Bonk Boy (~2.7 after overpay) which makes it's ~10.7 after overpay
Brigade was retracted and Sunbeams Pillar + 10 keys is less than 9 after unusual overpay so it's not that good anyways
Since you declined 9 pure, an offer of ~10 when half is pure and sold for ~10.7 after unusual overpay and it's 1/1 8.4 - 9.4 is completely wrong, I'd say 10.7 without range is most accurate cause it's a sale of 1/1
If you want a range I'd say 9 - 10.7 or 10 - 10.7
The 9 pure offer was also retracted immediately before I was able to reconsider. Also, I took into account the level of interest people had for the hat. People will agree that it is less desirable than a sunbeams since the effect is barely visible unless the lighting in the server is set pretty low.
In 2 days you had MANY good offers, some, retracted or not were ~9 and some were ~10, 8.4 - 9.4 is no where close to the real price
If you don't want to price it at 10.7 flat fine, at least make a range that the low end is ~9 or ~10 and high end is 10.7 cause of the only sale of the 1/1 hat
And also the 9 pure retracted in 3 hours which is pretty fast but he still offered 9 pure and you declined, if you would've agreed he'd probably do the trade and not retract
And interest or not, you sold it in 2 days for ~10.7 after overpay, 2 days for a few buds unusual is pretty quick if you ask me
And lets take this suggestion for example: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/51bf6b624bd7b80e5b000004
It's 1/1 and he suggested a flat price for what he bought it for, it was accepted, why? because when it's 1/1 and there's a sale, the price that was paid for it is the most accurate price, who cares about declined offers? it sold for something and that's the price it should be, so again if not 10.7 flat, 10 - 10.7, or I will suggest 10.7 flat
Oh and no matter what you do since you sold it you should provide pic of sale to show us you really sold it for that
So in conclusion:
1) Upload a pic of your sale
2) Re-suggest or I'll do it
3) The current owner received an offer of a Duped Vintage Big Kill, not sure about it's worth but possibly a lot too, anyways the price of this hat cannot be anything lower than 10.7 flat otherwise your price is wrong
1. Upload pic of hat
2. Right but quite enough time passed
3. Id say about 12 pure lowest seller
So even if it's a duped Vintage Big Kill it's higher than 11 right?
Because current owner DECLINED the offer
Go ahead and resuggest, i'll close this one
