I am an Owner of this 1 of 4 in the World Hat. It was previously a 1 of 2 and now is a 1 of 1 on Market and needs a Price update.

My new and Current trade, been offered:

- Cloudymoon Stahlhelm If i add (PC'ed at 12.2-15.9 right now, but was 14-16 Roughly back when he offered it)

- Stormy 13th Hour Samur-Eye (PC'ed at 9.9-12.2) it was a Steam add and I know wont count for much since its not on Outpost, but will still help with the proof.

- Time Warp Anger If I added (Been offered a Power Surge Tyrantium Helmet 1 of 1 in market and with Really good offers, Beams Charmers and a few more, not many since it is a New effect hat).

- Orbiting fire fedora (1.6-2.5 buds), Orbiting fire Bubble Pipe (2-2.5 buds), 2 buds, and a Burning scotch bonnet (4.4-5Buds)+ 9 Keys which is roughly 11 in Unusuals, Buds and keys.

I was offered loads of New effect hats which had massive b/o's of 18 and above including an Overclocked KE (All B/O's are pretty massive but too soon for any decent offers), so turned most of those down.

And finally, the other one on the Market, has had it for quite a while, and has had 2 ads. First one:

- 13th Hour Samureye which back then had a C/O of: beams bonk boy (12.4-14 Buds) + 2 buds Pure

- Orbiting fire Bubble pipe (2-2.5 buds), Steaming bonk helm (17-21 Keys) , Steaming chieftains (1-1.2 Buds), Orbiting fire private eye (1.2-1.4 Buds), Burning bonnet (4.4-5 Buds), Nuts fez (18-24 Keys) ~ 11 in Unusuals and refused.

- Finally Sold for 10 Buds Pure + Bubbling Executioner (2.8-3.2), so for about 13 Buds in Mostly Buds and one Unusual.
