What theme?
Very old theme. Description says it "repels jarate". When there's piss there's flies. Back in the day it was very popular. This unusual was worth much more back then and more wanted then now.
But I don't make up the themes for these hats, vague theme really.
First: You did NOT count Item Overpay. Your suggestion is useless.
Second: We don't care for themed hats.
I didn't say bc it was themed it should rise. I just said it's a nice themed hat, my opinion. Never said that's why it should rise. And it's a suggestion, there's 0 reason to be rude, people get banned for that.
Forced theme?
Offers of 12 and 15 were from 2+ months ago.
Special vintages are hard to price, bp.tf price is wrong, not legit proof.
The Bombing and Reggae wasn't offering on a specific hat, he was asking, "What can I get with this?"

The reggae and bombing owners said for "any" hat. And it's not a force theme, I didn't make up the theme the community did. And 1 month old offers are pretty recent for unusuals.
The key offers are 2 months old, and there wasn't an offer of 15 keys, it was 14.
And they asked, "Will this get me anything?" Not "This hat for any hat"
He offered 14 first then re-offered 15. And if you don't like my suggestion then feel free to make a counter-suggestion.
