A few people are trying to make Noh collections but have no hope of completing that because of their competition.

(Personal opinion: GE > PE. ;))

Take away this G.E. TC that has been offered on every energy noh on the market the highest proof provided is about 16.5 buds, with the vast majority being below 16 buds. The range is much to high I believe, The TC is overpay, the high range because of a single Hat that is about 4 buds higher than any other offer is risky in my opinion.

We can only base the price on offers here, and let me tell you if the sellers were to let go of their noh mercies, they would definitely not sell it at 20 buds or less. They would want more. That's why I think the range is alright.

It seems to me that there are many many more offers in the ~16.5 buds or lower range than anything else. I think your proof pushes for a lower high end range. This TC has been offered and rejected every time it questions the value of the TC in itself. This may get accepted because it does need a price bump but I really feel the high end value is much to high.
