Since my last submission failed for this item, I am resubmitting with a slightly lower range. Although it is possible to still get this for 0.33, the fact that some buyers are offering for more and sellers are passing over 0.33, the price needs to be adjusted to a higher range.

The Steam Market Pricelist for this site, http://backpack.tf/market, shows that 118 have been sold in the past week with an average price of $0.37 USD, a median price of $0.39 USD, and a converted value of 0.97.

Some research at TF2 Warehouse reveals that this item is completely out of stock at the current equivalent of 1350 credits (equivalent to 0.45 refined).
