Ahh, yes: the Strange Part that tracks kills when you were doing absolutely nothing useful: killing campers, when you could be over on the front lines, helping out your team. At least it's a good part for Spy knives. :P

Prophet's added proof seems to make everything check out for 3-4 ref. The 5+ ref adds seem a little suspicious for me, but that would make the range too large to be valid. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and upboat this one.
