If it has been one of one on tha market forever, I see no reason tha high end can't come up, especially since they is no proof showin it has sold lower than tha current sale recently. I say resuggest as 5.9-6.1 or try lookin fo' offers higher than tha current low end.

Keeping it conservative, especially as Eri's a Hearts collector.
