I don't see any of this trades with sales... sell =/= sold.
Even with the last post, the range is really bad. It should be the low range*0.9, which is the unusal overpay.
The low end will be the one that actually change. With all those B/O at 2 buds, but that doesn't mean any solds.
Overpay is usually median*0.9, not low end*0.9.
b/o's of 2 and you put 2 as the lowend? probably needs a bigger bump down
Attendant is 1.7 buds with overpay. That should probably be the low end.
Overpay is generally associated with having to re-sell, so in this case it's probably safe to assume overpay doesn't need to be calculated.
You couldn't be further from the truth.
