Rest of the buyers buy for lowball prices or 2 ref , however the 2 ref buyers are mostly resellers , in the crate market this is very common , since a lot of people have a lack of knowledge about crate's price , specially old ones.

Doesn't all crates have all unusual effects? (Excluding Halloween and Roboeffects)

crate #25 and older only have the first unusual effects ever added to the game , and those are way more expensive.

Could you provide a proof of it, please?

Added Mann Co. Supply Crate Series #26, #27, and #28.

Mann Co. Supply Crates Series #23, #24 and #25 no longer drop.[3]

Where is a proof that the crates #26 and higher contains only new effects?

What i have said is that #25 and older only have the first unusual effects , but all those are unboxeable in any crate , but with much less chance.
