So this is an old price. As far as I can tell, there is only one on Outpost. Here's that trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11990697

That price is pretty over the top for the Outpost trade, but I do think this hat should be raised a little bit. There are fewer Green Confetti Toppers than Burining ones, and yet somehow the Green Fetti is ranked lower on the Dapper list than Green Fetti is on other lists such as the Brigade Helm and Stainless Pot. The Bazaar trade seems pretty good to me, and I will base my suggestion around this. The hat had 2 offers for the bud, so 1 bud seems fair for this surprisingly rare Dapper Topper, and I think the price should be updated to reflect that. That is all.
