It's easy to buy for 2 ref, nobody buys it for 2.33. There are more unsold for 2.33 on outpost, but are quite new. Too many people want to sell for 2 ref, 2.33 is no longer good price.

1 day unsold is not long enough to be valid.

Look at classifieds. Unsold for 3-7 days, also unsold for 2 ref for 4 days. And i didn't find any sold for 2.33.
