This brings me to believe that the true price (at this current time) should be 1 refined. Anything below 1 refined is a quicksell and anything over is a quickbuy.

            The Summer Claim Check is a tool item, represented as a Mann Co. Shipping airport baggage claim ticket, with information stamped in red ink on the bottom portions.

            This item is currently unusable, but it will be possible in the future to use it in order to receive a special Mann Co. Supply Crate.
