Doing this because I recently tried purchasing one and could not find a deal near the previous price. At the time there was only one seller on TF2OP.

I actually got an offer of a Phosphorus Charmer's Chapeau (Not listed, sorry I can't provide any proof of that) from someone on a trade server, but he retracted because he was in a hurry to sell (Scammed it maybe?).

So that was my offer, my first offer at least, and if you read on he decided to amp the price I had to pay a bit. He requested I add my Fireproof Secret Diary along with it, which I thought was modest as long as he added a good amount. That amount ended up only being 5 keys, even after a bit of haggling, as you can see.

So my final buying price ended up being about 8.3 buds, a bit more than I planned on buying for.

Right after I purchased mine (Literally, 5 minutes after I got mine) another seller of the same hat popped up, selling his at unlisted B/O's. I asked him what his B/O would be and he told be he isn't listing one, but that he isn't taking anything under 10 pure for it (A bit more than I think it should be worth, but okay). http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12127360

If it actually does end up selling great at ~10 like that guy hopes I'll update the price in the future, until then we have this to work with. I already stated that I own it because I just purchased it, and I can't really supply much more proof because only 4 exist, and I've only seen two on OP.
