Not enough proof. Besides these are item offers, meaning there should be overpay. Also, you can't really count a lvl 100 vintage at backpack.tf because it takes an enormous amount of time to sell for full price, if you ever do. The machina is more like 19 keys tbh, counting overpay. Current range seems fine, besides (although I can't prove it) one was thrust upon me for 17 keys and I declined. Downvote
