I am the owner of the hat atm and I have got this hat only for 6 hours ,but it has many unusual offer including 1-3 unusuals of 1bud tier to 3 bud tier already. I would say that 2.7 seems pretty correct as a pure buds, also pretty cool looking hat and nice to be famous at pubs =D
