That's not how you count overpay. Most people take low range or middle range * 0.9. In this case, both are the same though.

Oh yes of-coarse, except this hat is not priced so I wouldn't say it was overpay.

Alas pricing hats certainly is a strange concept.

'Unusual overpay' is a concept utilized when valuing hats that says that if an unusual were to be traded for another unusual, the value of the buyer's unusual should be considered as 10%- off (x0.9) its value in pure. Mainly to account for reselling and stuff.

You probably know this, but it must be taken into account when setting prices in pure for unusuals.

Technically it's not, but we like to count the overpay so it's a little different from paying pure.
