I think this hat price is badly (wisely) manipulated. Allow me to explain a little.
Lets Evaluate the suggestion based on which this hat is currently priced ~10.

The person's 1st proof is Harvest Moon Hotrod + Ghosts Attendant (~9) that someone (Halcyon days) offered. In reality if you check ths persons backpack and history, he doesn't seems to be having any of such items at all. In fact his backpack have keys(125) which are from different users or most of them are himself brought. He never had the moon hotrod ever..

2nd offer was -Antifreeze Barnstormer + Steaming Tyrannus + Steaming AA + Steaming Stovepipe + Steaming Executioner (~10) BUT the person chose to buy burning flames rather than anti freeze because he did not feel confident enough to spend ~10 on this and chose to go with stable hat price.
The 3rd one is claim of 11 pure offer which surely can not be proven. So lets leave that one.
The only solid proof of this hat sold was for sunbeams VRH that is why i chose the price range of that hat here. (it was sold something between 30may to 3june )

If you notice the price drop between that date 31may to 6june in the buyers backpack you will know only sunbeams VRH was traded (529$ to 242$ and only one item was lost which is beams VRH i assume)

Please note that when this hat was sold first time its price was NOT SET and later it seems to be manupulated somehow to 11 which is not fair.
Lets make it straight to the price of sunbeams VRH for which it was sold.
lol thats a common tactic for the top 13 unusual seller for quite some time now.
anyway i was offered a power surge AA for my vivid plasma stove pipe.and i have a question who the hell priced the power surge aa at 3-4 buds that effect still looks cheaper than orb fire.
anyway i rejected the offer even if it was like 100% more profit for me the hat was blah!
some ppl that uncrate a lot of unusual do exactly what you describe so they will be able to buy back the keys they lost unboxing and unfortunat a lot of suggestions are accepted to quick for no good reasons.
I seriously don't think this hotrod should go above 10 pures. It's absolutely ridiculous! One owner just offered his for my scorching spartan lol. We should actually suggest a price based on recent sales, which is the one that was traded for a sunbeams VRH.

One person who unboxed it said to me on his trade that he was offered the scorching spartan and he rejected it. I think you are that person but the story is bit modified.

If you want to set it to the price of sunbeams VRH, you should take the overpay into account, like this:
(6.4+7.4)/2=6.9
6.9*0.9=6.2
However, I don't know if you have enough proof to change the price. Of course it's a sale but idk.
Agreed, but it seems like there is significant proof showing that this suggestion is much better than the last at least sooo if it's still incorrect, or simply inaccurate, it can be changed at a later date.
