Suggestion: Strange Wrench at 1.66 ref

While it's still an outlier, here is proof of my own showing that it is possible to sell it for higher, but 1.66 trades still outnumber the 2 ref trades.

wolfi is fond of closing trades that it seems ought to pass because he thinks the range is too high... most of my suggestions that were closed were by wolfi and they all had very positive votings...

So I simply resuggested at 1.66 flat. Once the price stabilizes or something, myself or someone else can make a new suggestion for 1.66-2, in which I'll have some good proof for that person.
