where did it say it sold? sorry if im missing something, but i saw a discussion about buying a demo unusual for 8 buds but no offer on this trade.
EDIT: i guess it doesnt matter he does have 7 buds+22 keys in his bp so yeah.

Me, the unboxer and original seller of this hat, sold it for 8 mainly because the person who was buying it for 8 planned on giving it to his/her friend for their birthday. Even if this isn't true, the irony of this story made me sell it for 8, since the only reason I got it was through my friend, because I gave him an unusual for HIS birthday not 20 minutes before unboxing the War Pig. As a way to repay me, he gave me 3 or so keys, one of which went towards unboxing a 20 in hopes of getting a shotgun, as stated on my outpost trade. Me, not being an avid unusual seller, didn't really care how much I got, as long as I felt it was a good deal and the person I was selling it to was happy with the hat. As for pricing it off of one trade, come on people. REALLY? That's insane. I could've sold this for 2 keys and this thread would've most likely been made. There's only one of them in the world so far, and there's only one trade that's included it. If you worked at a pet store, for example, you wouldn't look at a creature you've never sold before and instantly come up with a price. Let there be more of this glorious hat, and let there also be happy people who are TRADING this glorious hat. P.S. If you see this, cr33d, I hope you're happy, we've caused a lot of unnecessary shit :D
It will be priced off one trade because that trade is the only one purple energy war pig that Hal been traded. Stories don't matter in this type of economy either.
In that case I think I'll unbox another 1 of 1 hat sometime and price it at an insanely high price just to piss idiotic people like you off. As for the story, that was merely an explanation of why I sold it for what I sold it for, it really had no influence on what I expected to get for it or what I was asking. The buyer offered it, so I accepted it.
And that's how trading works... And that's what you did. Your trade was an influence because its the only one sold, so it's the only one to be bought, so it's the only price of 8 buds.
