So we only know what one guy paid for one of them and the rest we're going by offers? :\

pretty much, but i couldn't make 1.4 flat and i think 1.3-1.4 would be too small of a range (1.3 buyouts)

Fair enough, perhaps add the owners and find out what they bought it for before making a suggestion perhaps? But I mean, you can't be blamed for lack of offers.
