Im not seeing where you are getting the high end from. Also, alot of the offers you are showing are over a month old, making them not valid, and gifted does drag down the value of a hat.

Eh didn't want to do 12-14 cause it was sold for 14 keys, and I'm leaving a bit of room for doubt that it can get more than 14 in items. And gifted doesn't drag down a hat's value if it's by Mr Bucket, I thought that was common knowledge?
