Terribly small change. Buds aren't 25 and all that proof is old. You got 2 2.7 sellers, but NO proof that 2.8 is impossible (i.e. unsolds). You're also not showing any sellers at 2.6

Most of your proof is old, or fairly old. Not all sale prices are "buyouts", some are firm, for example link 2 appears to be. Almost all of the links show closed trades rather than open ones.
