It's a 2012 Halloween item, but this is the non-haunted version obviously.

I'm actually surprised that a price has not been set yet, for the proof....hmm it seems good for a item with no price.. But you never know.

Well those are all a month old, but the first one obviously didn't know the rarity of it, same with the second, it seems they just wanted a different item, and the third I guess is valid, but again it's a month old.
