I have been offered 21 keys, without hesitation. As the current price is 16-20, the offer is above the value of the hat.

Offered Steaming Crocleather Slouch, also more than the current price of this hat.

you're going to have to actually post the proof rather than just posting links to the proof. I suggest you go in and find all of the offers made on each of these hats and post them under a link to each of them, if the offers are in unusuals or items, calculate the value offered and post it next to the offer. That will make it much faster for people to see how accurate your suggestion is. Otherwise you won't get a lot of votes.

Firstly, even though it's not a high tier effect, there are other reasons why it should increase in value.'' since people will assume you are trying to increase ur bp value. Your proof is solid and ok. Remeber to include unusual overpay. e.g steaming croc*0.9=offered price.

I'm going to downvote for now with the suggestion to lower the suggested price a little, the 21 key offer is virtually offering 19-20 keys because its black and the offer is also tentative. I think that this hat could and will go up, but more proof is required based on what has been in previous suggestions c:
