The offer of 4 buds (collecting) has not a single bud in his bp. So, you have the proof of one sold for 2 buds and the veil and your weird history about the guy willing to pay a scorching beret for get his old hat back. Because the another two trades that were sold for 3 buds and a bill's is in the current range, not sure where the 3.4 buds low end comes from.

I was talking about the offer of 4 buds collecting. Yeah, he/she left the offer but he/she has not a single bud on his bp: http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/347625 I didn't say a word about the 2 buds + the veil. You can proof the high end but not the low end, a bill's is not 0.4 buds. ._.
