Notice how the BUYER retracted, NOT the seller of the phantom.
The seller wanted 2.5 buds and the buyer was going to pay for it and changed his mind and re-offered around 2 buds.

Well, notice his v. bills is duped, backpack.tf doesn't use duped prices if clean ones exist. Not to mention it's a collector, but just to make you happy i set my high value to 3 instead of 2.9...

Was it a quicksell? I don't know.
You need proof of actual sales in this range that aren't quicksell if you want to lower the price.

Well you don't have any proof that anyone who owns this hat was willing to sell in this range an has actually sold it, and that classfield is probably quicksell

Erm, that's not how it works, some unusuals sell slower than others and just because it may take long for a cheap price to sell doesn't make it a quicksell. Either way you need proof of ones that have sold for 2.5 or 3 buds
There's one for sale at 3 buds and hasn't sold.
One tried to get 2.5 buds from a phantom buyer and was declined.
Robo hats/effect hype crashed, so hard to find a sale.
The current suggested value is definitely outdated now and your suggested value is certainly much more appropriate now. Definite and absolute up-vote!
A bit more accurate now too, it's been 4 days and the one for 3 buds hasn't been sold, so the high value is a check.
The guy who wanted 2.5 buds was accepted and later, the owner of the trade retracted, however, it still shows you can get 2.5 buds pretty quick, which checks out the low value.

Last suggestion was based on one higher sale. It seems you should have included 3.2 in the range, but this is good enough.
