why not 12-15?

I'm not seeing too many offers of 15 keys. This sells for 14 it looks like, but 1 known offer of 15 doesn't really give it a spot in the price range.

Actually I believe there was a sale at 15. The guy who offered 15 said he already got one, so maybe he bought it for 15. I'll research it.
