New trade, this used bought this hat from me, see below.
I also previously owned a Planets Reggea, and had B/Os around 1.7 initially when I wanted to sell it, No takers. Offers I turned down included Ord Fire Scotch Bonnet, and Planets Ol Snaggle. Had her up for 3 weeks with no luck. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11586116

Finally I decided I wanted Vintage Bills Hat. I was trading the Planets Reggea + a Genuine Maul + a normal Bills hat for a vintage bills (thats valuing the Reggea at just under 1.5 buds) and thought I finally had a taker from the above listing (PPM Khaleesi) but after we traded I realized that I was ripped off into buying a Gifted Vintage Bills (worth 1.5 buds rather than 2.) After dealing with some people who helped sort it out, the user agreed to reimburse me with a Die Job painted Crones Dome (around 8 keys) + 1.7 keys. So at that point, I basically sold the Planets Reggea for 1.2~1.3 :p

Well, only where I was involved - http://i.imgur.com/dTWbcWV.png. Top half is what I was talking about in the comments where it was a gifted bills.
Bottom part was where I originally bought the hat, with a Orb Fire Swagman + Genuine Doublecross Comm (Swagman is currently 1.1-1.3, and added 5 keys is a total of about a 1.4 sale)
