Ok folks, this suggested price was accepted 11 months ago. Let's see how it holds up today.

I didn't find any strong indication of sales above 25, and three sellers seem happy to take a bud (or less) that have not yet sold. So I'm suggesting a bud + or - 2 keys.

why not 21-23

(bud = 23 keys)

I chose to leave a little room for doubt that it can fetch more than a bud. Didn't want the mid-value to be below a bud when it has received offers of 22 keys an 1 bud without too much trouble in the past (which is shown in my third link, I'm presuming those offers were valid when they were made).
