I don't know where the 1.2 keys from last suggestion came from. 1 key 1 ref sales getting sold instantly, 1.4 keys sales are scarce, but do happen.

The 1.2 key pricing took in consideration of buyers that were only willing to buy the hat for 1 key. And there were a lot of em.

And if a lot of 1.2 key sales are getting accepted, shouldn't that be a considered a rather good suggestion, then?

And I see way more 1.4 key sales than 1.2 key sales.

Yes, I know that 1.2 keys are roughly 1 key and 1 ref. I meant that the price was suppose to close the link between the stubborn buyers and the sellers of the hat.

Keys aren't 5 ref flat anymore.

One scrap doesn't make a hell of a lot of difference, and we're talking estimates anyways.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this was put into the summer crate valve just added. In which case it's value may start dropping quickly.
