Not sure if you are trying to sell it, or if you actually want to create a price suggestion. Either way, you need to have proof along with your price to show that it is the actual market price, not just the price that you are anyone else wants it to be.

And the proof of this is where? Pricing a hat on opinion will get you nowhere
