I have just recently sold this hat for 8.8 buds (A Misty skull Drill helm, plus 3 pure) and that was only after having it for one day. I have had a bunch of offers, including someone who added me to trade for a Scorching MilkMan asking for pure, but then when I said I just got an Antifreeze one, he asked for a 1:1 (This Offer i denied immediately). I have had a bunch of Mixed offers in game, but they only ever hit around 8.5-9. Its still one of one, here is a link to the trade

so where does 10 come from?

misty skull drill helm is only 5.2 after overpay so 8,2 buds, and that should be in range.
I sold it to "The sexecutioner" So you can see that he was the previous owner of the hat, and 3 of the buds. The reason i pitched 9-10 was because from what i have seen, most Anti-Freeze hats are always just below the Cloudy moon and Secret Effects, so 9-10 is just below the Cloudy MilkMan
I also Like the hat, so i dont consider it an Overpay
No proof of 10 buds, fix the range.
Well considering 10 buds is the max, and its still currently 1 of 1, i dont see why it cant fetch at least 9.5 buds
