I have just recently sold this hat for 8.8 buds (A Misty skull Drill helm, plus 3 pure) and that was only after having it for one day. I have had a bunch of offers, including someone who added me to trade for a Scorching MilkMan asking for pure, but then when I said I just got an Antifreeze one, he asked for a 1:1 (This Offer i denied immediately). I have had a bunch of Mixed offers in game, but they only ever hit around 8.5-9. Its still one of one, here is a link to the trade

and you need to use unusual overpay which makes 8.2 buds.

As Wesley pointed out, we do not round ranges, and usually count some form of unusual overpay for non-pure offers
